Advanced course on comprehensive authentication of herbal material for Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Professionals aims at enhancing the professional knowledge and technical skills of Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Professionals through theory and practice, as well as inherit the unique skills on processing (炮製) of Chinese medicinal material.
Lecturers with rich academic knowledge and relevant experience in the herbal industry were invited to deliver knowledge and updated information to participants. In addition to theoretical knowledge, the course also contained a hands-on experience on processing of Chinese medicinal material and a field study in Ko Shing Street, Sheung Wan, which helped participants practice the theories learned in the lecture.
