The Hong Kong Summit on Quality Control of Valuable Chinese Medicines, which was jointly organized by the School of Chinese Medicine and the Hong Kong Authentication Centre of Dendrobii Officinalis Caulis, was held on 16 March 2019.
Our Director, Prof. Pang-Chui Shaw, was invited to share his insights on the authentication and quality control of prized Chinese medicines, shark fin.
