To promote the development of Chinese Medicines in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Li Dak Sum Yip Yio Chin R & D Centre for Chinese Medicine, CUHK, has co-organized an exchange platform for Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Professionals in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay with Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi), Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Pharmacist Association (HKCMPA), Guangdong Pharmaceutical Association (GDPA) and Association of Pharmacists of Chinese Medicine of Macau (APCMM). The scheme content is specially planned to meet the needs of Chinese medicine pharmacy professionals, including a series of seminars, intensive training courses and a study tour to Guangdong and Macao, so as to enhance the safe use of Chinese Medicines and pharmaceutical service in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as deepening collaboration on quality control and rational use of Chinese medicines. The opening ceremony of the scheme cum seminar was held on 13 July 2019. Many representatives from government, academic and industry attended to witness the scheme officially launched.
