International Conference on Quality Control and Authentication of Herbal Material and Products

26-27 December 2021

To keep scientific communications and knowledge exchange alive during the pandemic, the Centre virtually staged the “International Conference on Quality Control and Authentication of Herbal Material and Products” via Zoom on 26-27 November, 2021.

Main themes of the conference were:

  1. Chemical and DNA analyses for quality control and authentication of TCMs
  2. Development of new quality control techniques / methods
  3. Discovery of bioactive markers for quality control
  4. Other cutting-edge research and development in quality assurance / quality control

It was our great pleasure to have renowned scientists and experts of the fields joining the conference as invited speakers, and to have National Institutes for Food and Drug Control, China, and Government Chinese Medicines Testing Institute, Hong Kong, as our supporting organizations.
