Prof. Shaw was invited to participate in the Round Table Discussion meeting on 10 December in Macau as supported by Dr. Stanley Ho Medical Development Foundation.
The objective of this meeting is to facilitate the collaboration between The Chinese University of Hong Kong and University of Macau in Chinese medicine R & D.
The programme is as follow:
- Introduction of Chinese medicine research achievement in University of Macau: infrastructure, facilities, focus and area of excellence, areas of interest for collaborating with international partners and CUHK
- Introduction of scopes and area of interest of CUHK institutes: School of Chinese Medicine, Institute of Chinese Medicine, Li Dak Sum Centre for Chinese Medicine, HK Institute of Biotechnology and HK Institute of Integrative Medicine
- Introduction of scopes and area of interest of international partners: U Maryland (Brian Berman), RMIT University (Daniel Sze), U Sydney (Josiah Poon), U Zurich (Claudia Witt)
